This captures the modern existence and anxieties so well. The description of the A & E and the contradiction of people infecting each other while waiting for care is something I've thought about before, and it stayed with me throughout the story like the whole world is one big anxious healthcare waiting room right now. I loved it—it genuinely made me laugh. It's so refreshing to see someone with such a great sense of humour and such wonderful stories to tell. You have a real gift for turning everyday moments into something unforgettable.
"1) I will be told to take a paracetamol, 2) I will be visited by paramedics who will give me a paracetamol"
This mirrors my exact feelings on visiting the E.R or doctor at times. I can accurately play out the entire scenario in my head. Essentially, I visit the doctor in my thoughts lol.
Thank you, genuienly loved it. Check my shit out if you please, it's odd.

The past few years my experience of the NHS has convinced me they’ve been recruiting people with fake qualifications.
You gave me quite the laugh over lunch. Hope you feel better soon 🌹
